How to use
- Use weekly in the morning or evening.
- Perfect to use in the shower and to firmly massage SPIRULITE in with the massage below.
- Massage by performing circular movements on the abdomen and buttocks and upward movements on the rest of the body.
- Important to pay special attention to areas such as the knees and elbows through small circular movements.
- Rinse with warm water (although we recommend that the temperature does not exceed 37°C) and conclude the ritual with cold water to tighten and firm the skin.
- Pat the skin dry without rubbing hard.
- Then apply BODY CREAM using the same massage technique as SPIRULITE was massaged in until the cream is completely absorbed.
- If the skin is sensitive, it is recommended to first moisten the skin before massaging SPIRULITE. Do not use too hard movements but be gentle on the skin.
- Please note, the feet may be slippery.
