How to use
Apply Bio Charged mascara to the lashes against the moving eyelid. Then apply Bio Charged mascara with zigzagging movements from the lash implant to the tips on the side of the eye for extra lift and lengthening. If desired, also apply the mascara to the lower eyelids.
