Grape seed, orange and yuzu oils clean deep into the pores without stripping or drying out the skin. Together with vitamin E and antioxidants, they also actively restore the skin barrier.
A separate tonic or lotion is not necessary: the completely water-free formula does not affect the pH value of your skin. This makes this cleanser very suitable for dry, tight, flaky, sensitive or irritated skin.
Tip:
Also use the balm as a nourishing (sleep-in) mask for extremely dry or sensitive skin or care for dry, cracked lips or dry spots on knees or elbows. Men can also use the balm as a shaving cream and aftershave balm. Due to its thick texture, the balm is necessarily contained in a jar.
More information
- The oils loosen make-up, SPF, dirt, sebum and impurities in a very thorough but mild manner and at the same time ensure that the skin is not 'stripped' of its own healthy fat layer.
- Makes the skin satiny soft and supple and provides immediate softening, calming and protection against external influences. Ideal for cold/inclement weather.
- Multifunctional: can also be used as a (sleep-in) mask, lip balm, for the care of dry spots on elbows and knees and for men as a shaving cream and after shave balm.
- The nourishing oils and vitamin E are rich in antioxidants, protect against external influences, help restore and strengthen the skin barrier, ensure that the skin retains its moisture better and normalize sebum production (which helps tackle oily skin or shiny T-zone).
- Bisabolol (chamomile extract) is rich in provitamin B5. It supports the healing process of the skin, softens, soothes, reduces redness and inhibits inflammation.
- Sandalwood oil is rich in ximenynic acid, one of the rarest (plant) fatty acids in the world. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, improves blood circulation and reduces sebum production.
- Subtle scent based on a natural mix of orange, mandarin, yuzu, ylang ylang and vanilla.
- Contains natural pigments from turmeric. As a result, color differences may occur per production batch. This does not affect the operation or stability of the product. Store cool and dry.
- Suitable for all skin types, especially dry, tight, irritated, sensitive skin, eczema, couperose or oily, shiny skin. Ideal for restoring balance to the skin after prolonged use of excessively degreasing (acne) products.
How to use
For cleaning:
Apply a small amount to dry skin morning and/or evening and massage lightly. Rinse with warm water or a warm compress. Repeat if necessary and follow with your favorite serum or moisturizer. We recommend that you cleanse the skin twice in the evening, because the skin is then extra dirty due to make-up and/or external contamination.
As a night cream:
After cleansing, apply a thin layer to clean skin. Cleanse the skin again the next morning.
As a mask:
Apply a generous amount to clean, dry skin and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the residue thoroughly with plenty of (lukewarm) warm water. The result is silky soft skin.
