General Terms and Conditions of Glam Skin Webshop, established in Enschede.

Introduction
Below you will find our General Terms and Conditions. These always apply when you use or place an order through our Website and contain important information for you as a buyer. Please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully. We also recommend saving or printing these terms so you can refer to them later.
Definitions
1 Glam Skin Webshop: established in Enschede and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 08149969, operating under the name Glam Skin Webshop.
2 Website: the website of Glam Skin Webshop, accessible via webshop.glamskin.nl and all associated subdomains.
3 Customer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into an Agreement with Glam Skin Webshop and/or has registered on the Website.
4 Agreement: any arrangement or contract between Glam Skin Webshop and the Customer, of which the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.
5 General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions.
Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
1 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Glam Skin Webshop, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2 If the Customer includes provisions or conditions in their order, confirmation, or acceptance communication that deviate from or are not included in the General Terms and Conditions, these are only binding on Glam Skin Webshop if and to the extent that they have been expressly accepted in writing by Glam Skin Webshop.
3 In the event that specific product or service terms and conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, those terms and conditions also apply, but the Customer may always invoke the applicable provision that is most favorable to them in case of conflicting terms.
Prices and information
1 All prices listed on the Website and in other materials originating from Glam Skin Webshop include VAT and other government-imposed charges.
2 If shipping costs are charged, this will be clearly stated in a timely manner before the conclusion of the Agreement. In addition, these costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.
3 The content of the Website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, Glam Skin Webshop cannot guarantee that all information on the website is always accurate and complete. All prices and other information on the Website and in other materials originating from Glam Skin Webshop are therefore subject to obvious programming and typing errors.
4 Glam Skin Webshop cannot be held responsible for (color) deviations due to screen quality.
Conclusion of Agreement
1 The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts Glam Skin Webshop's offer and meets the conditions set by Glam Skin Webshop.
2 If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, Glam Skin Webshop will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. As long as this receipt has not been confirmed, the Customer has the option to cancel the Agreement.
3 If it appears that incorrect information was provided by the Customer when accepting or otherwise entering into the Agreement, Glam Skin Webshop has the right to fulfill its obligation only after the correct information has been received.
4 Glam Skin Webshop may, within legal frameworks, verify whether the Customer can meet their payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors relevant to responsibly entering into the Agreement. If Glam Skin Webshop has good reasons based on this investigation not to enter into the Agreement, it is entitled to refuse an order or request with reasons or to attach special conditions to the execution, such as advance payment.
5 Glam Skin Webshop has the right to refuse orders from customers acting in the exercise of their profession or business.
Execution of Agreement
1 As soon as the order has been received by Glam Skin Webshop, Glam Skin Webshop will send the products as soon as possible, taking into account the provisions in paragraph 3 of this Article.
2 Glam Skin Webshop is entitled to engage third parties in fulfilling the obligations arising from the Agreement.
3 The Website clearly describes, in a timely manner before concluding the Agreement, how delivery will take place and within what period the products will be delivered. If no delivery period has been agreed upon or mentioned, products will in any case be delivered within 30 days.
4 If Indien Glam Skin Webshop cannot deliver the products within the agreed period, it will inform the Customer. In that case, the Customer can agree to a new delivery date or will be given the option to cancel the Agreement free of charge.
5 Glam Skin Webshop recommends that Customer inspects the delivered products and reports any defects found within a reasonable time, preferably in writing or by email. See further the Article regarding warranty and conformity.
6 Once the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk regarding these products passes to Customer. If expressly agreed otherwise, the risk passes to Customer earlier. If Customer decides to pick up the products, the risk passes upon transfer of the products.
7 Glam Skin Webshop is entitled to deliver a similar product of similar quality if the ordered product is no longer available. Customer is then entitled to cancel the contract free of charge and return the product free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
1 Customer has the right to cancel the distance contract with Glam Skin Webshop within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving reasons, free of charge. The period starts the day after Customer, or a third party previously designated by them who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:
• if Customer ordered multiple products in the same order: the day on which Customer, or a third party designated by them, received the last product.
• if the delivery of a product consists of multiple shipments or parts: the day on which Customer, or a third party designated by them, received the last shipment or last part;
• for agreements for regular delivery of products over a certain period: the day on which Customer, or a third party designated by them, received the first product.
2 Only the direct costs of returning the shipment are the responsibility of Customer. Therefore, Customer must bear the return costs themselves. If these costs are higher than the regular postal rate, Glam Skin Webshop will provide an estimate of these costs.
Any costs paid by Customer for shipping and payment of the product to Customer will be refunded to Customer upon return of the entire order.
3 Within the withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1, Customer will handle the product and packaging with care. Customer will only open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. The principle is that this inspection should not go beyond what Customer could do in a physical store.
4 Customer is only liable for depreciation of the product resulting from handling the product in a way that goes beyond what is permitted in the previous paragraph.
5 Customer can terminate the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of the term set in this Article by sending the model withdrawal form (digitally) to Glam Skin Webshop, or by otherwise clearly communicating to Glam Skin Webshop that he wishes to cancel the purchase. Glam Skin Webshop confirms receipt of that notification in case of a digital notification. After termination, Customer has 14 days to return the product. It is also possible to return the product immediately within the reflection period set in paragraph 1 of this Article, provided the model withdrawal form or other clear statement of withdrawal is enclosed.

6 Amounts already paid by Customer (in advance) will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after termination of the Agreement, to Customer in the same way as Customer paid the order. If Customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, Glam Skin Webshop does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
Unless Glam Skin Webshop offers to collect the product itself, Glam Skin Webshop may wait to refund until Glam Skin Webshop has received the product or until Customer proves that he has returned the product, whichever occurs first.
7 The Website clearly states, in a timely manner before the conclusion of the Agreement, information about whether or not the right of withdrawal applies and any desired procedure.
8 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-Products that for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable to be returned and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
Payment
1 Customer must make payments to Glam Skin Webshop according to the payment methods indicated in the ordering procedure and possibly on the Website. Glam Skin Webshop is free to choose which payment methods to offer and these may change from time to time. In case of payment after delivery, Customer has a payment term of 14 days starting the day after delivery.
Warranty and conformity
1 Glam Skin Webshop guarantees that the products comply with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of durability and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date the agreement is concluded. If specifically agreed, Glam Skin Webshop also guarantees that the product is suitable for use other than normal use.
2 A warranty provided by Glam Skin Webshop, manufacturer, or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims the Customer already has under the Agreement and can invoke.
3 If the delivered product does not comply with the Agreement, the Customer must notify Glam Skin Webshop within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
4 If Glam Skin Webshop considers the complaint justified, after consultation with the Customer, the relevant products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The maximum compensation equals the price paid by the Customer for the product. This Article does not affect the right to claim any damages.
Complaints procedure
1 If the Customer has a complaint about a product (in accordance with the Article concerning warranty and conformity) and/or about other aspects of Glam Skin Webshop's service, they can submit a complaint to Glam Skin Webshop by phone, e-mail, or post. See the contact details at the bottom of the General Terms and Conditions.
2 Glam Skin Webshop will respond to the Customer's complaint as soon as possible, but in any case within 1 day after receiving the complaint. If it is not yet possible to provide a substantive or final response, Glam Skin Webshop will confirm receipt within 1 day and provide an indication of the timeframe within which it expects to give a substantive or final response to the Customer's complaint.
Personal data
1 Glam Skin Webshop processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the privacy statement published on the Website.
Final provisions
1 Dutch law applies to the Agreement.
2 Unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory law, all disputes arising from the Agreement will be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district where Glam Skin Webshop is located.
3 If a provision in these General Terms and Conditions proves to be void, this does not affect the validity of the entire General Terms and Conditions. In that case, the parties will establish one or more new provisions as a replacement, which will reflect the intent of the original provision as much as legally possible.
4 Under "written" in these General Terms and Conditions, communication by e-mail and fax is also understood, provided the identity of the sender and the integrity of the e-mail are sufficiently established.
