Jane Iredale Circle Delete Concealer

Color-correcting concealers for dark circles, redness, and pigmentation spots

Discolorations on the skin — whether dark circles, red spots after acne, couperose, hyperpigmentation, or dull shading around the eyes — all have a specific color that determines the camouflage. A skin-tone concealer only covers the discoloration but does not neutralize the underlying tint. What does work is a concealer that uses the opposite color on the color wheel: yellow neutralizes red, peach neutralizes blue, and gold-brown or peach-gold neutralizes deeper pigment on dark skin.

The Jane Iredale Circle Delete Concealer collection consists of four colors that fully embody this principle. Each shade has a specific function — from neutralizing redness on fair skin to lifting dull discolorations on deep skin. The formula combines moringa, avocado, and sunflower seed oils with cucumber extract, green tea, and bisabolol, so the concealer not only camouflages but also nourishes and soothes the skin. The colors are deliberately designed to be mixed with each other for a customized shade per area.

Why choose Circle Delete Concealer?

Circle Delete stands out due to its targeted color-correcting effect and the versatility of the range. While many concealers are only available in skin tones, Circle Delete offers four functional colors for various concerns: redness, blue circles, brown pigmentation, and dullness. The formula with vitamins A, C, D, and E from plant oils nourishes the skin during wear, while soothing ingredients like bisabolol and cucumber extract help reduce irritation. The colors are also mixable, allowing you to create a tailored camouflage that perfectly matches your specific skin tone and discoloration.

How to use Circle Delete Concealer?

1. Cleanse and care for your skin with your daily routine and optionally apply an eye serum and eye cream
2. Identify the color of the discoloration — red/pink, blue/purple, brown, or gray/dull — and choose the matching Circle Delete color
3. Take a small amount of concealer with the Concealer Brush
4. Dot the concealer directly onto the discoloration — do not rub, but gently pat outwards to the edges
5. Optionally mix multiple colors for complex discolorations — for example, 1 and 2 together if you want to camouflage both redness and blue circles at the same time
6. Finish with your foundation or powder for extra coverage and setting
7. Finish your morning routine with sun protection — UV exposure worsens existing pigmentation spots and circles

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Circle Delete color do I need?

Choose based on the color of your discoloration, not just your skin tone. Red spots, couperose, or rosacea require Circle Delete 1 (yellow). Blue or purple circles on fair to medium skin require Circle Delete 2 (peach). Dark brown pigmentation spots on medium-dark to deep skin require Circle Delete 3 (gold/brown). Gray discolorations on deep skin require Circle Delete 4 (peach-gold). Unsure? Use the problem as your guide, not your skin tone.

Can I use multiple Circle Delete colors at the same time?

Yes — the colors are deliberately designed to be mixable. Classic combinations: 1 and 2 together for red spots next to blue circles, 3 and 4 for shades between deep and medium-dark. Mix on the back of your hand or directly on the area with the Concealer Brush.

What is the difference between Circle Delete and the Enlighten concealers?

Circle Delete is a broader color-correcting system with four colors for different types of discoloration (red, blue, brown, gray). Enlighten Concealer specifically targets dark circles with a peach undertone in two colors. Enlighten Plus adds SPF 30/20 and a cooling applicator in five colors. Choose Circle Delete for color-correcting versatility, and Enlighten (Plus) for dark circles with a nourishing or protective accent.

Is Circle Delete Concealer vegan?

No, Circle Delete is not vegan. The formula contains beeswax (Cera Alba) as a natural structuring agent that enables the creamy texture and durability. The four colors are gluten-free. The Concealer Brush is fully vegan and cruelty-free thanks to its synthetic fibers.
