Delilah Foundation

Delilah foundation in four formulas for every skin and coverage

A good foundation does more than even out the skin — it determines how well-groomed, rested, and vibrant you look all day long. For some, that’s a light, dewy veil that lets the skin breathe; for others, a long-lasting, full-coverage formula that stays put for up to 24 hours. Delilah has developed a complete range within this vision where skincare and makeup seamlessly blend together.

The Delilah foundation collection consists of four product types — from a light skin tint to a fully covering liquid foundation, complemented by a luminous SPF formula and a pressed finishing powder. Each variant is developed with a specific skin need and desired finish in mind, so you can always make the right choice based on skin type, occasion, and desired coverage.

How do you choose the right Delilah foundation?

Choosing a specific Delilah foundation starts with three factors: how much coverage you need, which finish you want (dewy, luminous, or matte), and whether your skin requires extra nourishing ingredients or sun protection. A light skin tint suits those who want to show their natural skin and seek daily comfort, while a medium or full-coverage foundation is better for those who want to neutralize imperfections, redness, or pigmentation spots. Durability also plays a role: is it for a short workday or a long event where makeup must remain flawless? Every Delilah foundation review also highlights the balance between skincare ingredients and cosmetic finish — a feature that distinguishes the brand as a B Corp certified player.

Which type of Delilah foundation suits you?

The four subtypes within this collection range from the most natural finish to full coverage, with a finishing powder as the final step. Each type serves a specific skin need and occasion.

Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint: A light, skin-nourishing skin tint for those who want their natural skin to shine through with a dewy, sun-kissed finish. The Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and squalane and is available in four shades — Opal, Solar, Bronze, and Amber. Ideal for daily comfortable use, for mature skin that doesn’t want a heavy layer, and for those who want to combine skincare and makeup in one step. The Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint won the Beauty Shortlist Editors Choice Award 2024 and suits both bare-skin days and adding glow over an existing foundation.

Delilah Time Frame Foundation: A luminous liquid foundation with broad-spectrum SPF 20, peptides, and vitamin E for light to medium coverage. Delilah foundation Time Frame is available in seven shades — Lace, Buttermilk, Shell, Pebble, Maple, Nutmeg, and Chestnut — and combines skincare, day protection, and cosmetic finish in one formula. Especially suitable for mature skin seeking sun protection and anti-aging benefits without a second product, and for those who want a natural, radiant complexion instead of a matte finish. Delilah Time Frame combines what would normally be three morning steps — day cream, SPF, and foundation.

Delilah Alibi Fluid Foundation: The most covering foundation in the range, developed for those who want full coverage for up to 24 hours without feeling heavy on the skin. Delilah foundation Alibi has won multiple international awards — Beauty & Wellbeing Awards 2021, Beauty Bible Awards 2022, Beauty Shortlist Awards 2023, and Global Makeup Awards 2024 — and is available in eight shades from porcelain to deep espresso. The formula with peach blossom extract and light-diffusing pigments camouflages imperfections, redness, and pigmentation spots without a mask effect. Delilah Alibi is the choice for long workdays, events, and skin that requires full evening out.

Delilah Pure Touch Hyaluronic Pressed Powder: A translucent pressed powder that sets any foundation or skin tint, absorbs shine, and blurs pores for a soft-matte airbrush finish. This Delilah powder combines hyaluronic acid, kaolin, and cocoa butter, keeping the skin comfortable and hydrated instead of drying it out — a rare feature in the finishing powder category. Suitable for all skin tones and undertones thanks to the universal translucent shade and especially valuable for combination and oily skin that wants to control shine.

Tips for the right choice

First, determine your coverage need. For daily comfort and a natural look, the Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint usually suffices. If you want more skincare benefits combined with sun protection and subtle coverage, Delilah foundation Time Frame is the logical choice. For full coverage at an event or long wear, choose Delilah Alibi — a choice that almost every Delilah foundation review returns to as the gold standard within the range.

Next, consider your desired finish. Wake Up and Time Frame provide a dewy to luminous finish, while Alibi offers a balanced satin finish. Those who prefer a matte look or want to control shine throughout the day add Delilah powder as a finishing step. This combination — a foundation of choice plus Pure Touch as finishing — gives most visitors the best result.

Finally, don’t forget the undertone. Each variant within Delilah foundation Alibi and Delilah foundation Time Frame is developed with a specific warm, cool, or neutral undertone. Check the veins on the inside of your wrist: predominantly green indicates a warm undertone, blue or purple a cool one, mixed a neutral.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a skin tint, foundation, and powder within this range?

A skin tint like Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint provides transparent coverage and focuses on skincare and glow. A foundation like Delilah foundation Alibi or Delilah foundation Time Frame offers more pigmentation to even out imperfections. Delilah powder is not an alternative but a complement: it sets the foundation or skin tint and ensures longer wear and a matte finish on shine-prone areas.

Can I combine multiple Delilah foundation products?

Certainly, and it is even recommended for the best result. Many users combine Delilah Alibi for full coverage with Pure Touch as finishing powder. Others mix Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint with a foundation for extra glow or use the darker shades of Wake Up as a liquid bronzer over Delilah Time Frame.

Which Delilah foundation is best for mature skin?

For mature skin, the dewy and luminous formulas generally work best because they don’t settle into fine lines. Delilah Time Frame is especially popular with this group due to the combination of SPF, peptides, and vitamin E in one formula. Delilah Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint is also often chosen by mature skin types who want to avoid a heavy foundation.

Are all Delilah foundation products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Delilah is B Corp certified, cruelty-free, vegan, and paraben-free. The formulas contain no harsh preservatives and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend doing a patch test on the inside of the wrist before applying a new product to the face if you have very reactive skin.
