Description
Solid body mask with luffa, spirulina, and calendula
The skin of the body is often underestimated. While facial skin receives an extensive routine, body skin is left with a quick shower gel that hardly does anything for texture, hydration, or microcirculation. The result over time: dull skin on arms and legs, dry patches on knees and elbows, cellulite on the thighs, and skin that loses its resilience.
Ayuna Spirulite is a solid multifunctional body mask that combines cleansing, exfoliating, and treating in one ritual. Inside the block is a natural network of luffa fiber, treated with thermal water at 43°C, which gently but thoroughly exfoliates during the shower. Spirulina and calendula nourish the skin at the cellular level, while the massage movement itself activates microcirculation and lymphatic drainage.
Benefits
- Cleanses, exfoliates, and treats the body in a single action
- Improves microcirculation and helps visibly reduce cellulite
- Refines skin texture and smooths dry areas such as knees and elbows
- Intensively hydrates thanks to an increased content of natural glycerin
- 100% biodegradable luffa without microplastics — a sustainable choice
Active ingredients
Cylindrical luffa fiber (Cucurbitaceae): The heart of Spirulite. This unique luffa variety is sustainably grown without pesticides and with respect for bee populations. The ripe fruit is processed in thermal water at 43°C, an energy-neutral process that makes the fiber extra soft. The natural fiber network offers an excellent exfoliating effect and absorbs water for a thorough yet gentle cleansing.
Spirulina extract: A microscopic freshwater algae rich in proteins, amino acids, minerals, and antioxidants. Spirulina gives the bar its characteristic green color and nourishes the skin from within. The extract has a detoxifying effect and supports the skin in combating visible cellulite and a dull complexion.
Calendula extract: A classic plant extract from the marigold with a traditional dermatological reputation. Calendula soothes the skin, stimulates natural recovery, and is especially suitable for dry and sensitive areas of the body.
Natural glycerin in increased concentration: Spirulite deliberately contains a higher concentration of plant-based glycerin than a classic soap. Glycerin attracts moisture from the environment and retains it in the skin, allowing Spirulite to cleanse without drying out the skin or leaving a tight feeling.
Plant oils from Mediterranean sources: A combination of nourishing oils that strengthen the skin barrier during cleansing. They provide the soft, creamy texture during the massage and leave the skin soft and supple.

Frequently asked questions
How often can I use Spirulite for optimal results?
Spirulite can be used both weekly and daily. For sensitive skin, two to three times a week is recommended with gentle, superficial movements. For skin with cellulite or dryness, daily use on specific areas can show visible results within a few weeks.
What is the difference between luffa fiber and a classic body scrub?
A classic scrub consists of loose granules in a cream or gel. Luffa fiber, on the other hand, forms a woven network that simultaneously cleanses, massages, and exfoliates. The network softens on contact with water, making it gentler on the skin but more thorough in its action. Additionally, luffa is fully biodegradable, unlike many synthetic scrubs with microplastics.
How long does one bar of Spirulite last?
With weekly use on the whole body, a 175-gram bar lasts on average two to three months. Store the bar between uses on a draining soap dish so the luffa fiber can dry and the structure remains intact.
Can Spirulite also be used on sensitive skin?
Yes. The cylindrical luffa variety is specifically selected for its soft fibers and is suitable for reactive and sensitive skin. First, wet the skin sufficiently before use and adjust the intensity of the massage with light, superficial movements.
