The smooth side of the pad optimally prepares the skin for serums and moisturizers, while the textured side offers more intense exfoliation when the skin allows.

How to Use

1. Use only in the evening – Prep & Reset is not recommended for daytime use.
2. Cleanse the skin and ensure the face is completely dry.
3. Choose the smooth side of the pad and
   • Gently rub in circular motions over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
   • This step prepares the skin for your serums and night cream.
4. Use the textured side
   • For more intense exfoliation, gently use the textured side on areas with more texture, congestion, or dullness (such as the T-zone or chin).
5. Allow to absorb
   • Wait 10–15 minutes to let the acids work optimally.
6. Remove
   • Rinse the skin with lukewarm water and pat dry gently.
7. Follow with your favorite COSMEDIX serum and moisturizer to nourish and hydrate the skin further.

Usage Schedule & Pro Tip

• Recommended use: 3 evenings per week (preferably consecutive or every other day, depending on skin sensitivity).
• Pro Tip: Use as an intensive treatment every 2–3 days, or as often as the skin tolerates. Build up use gradually for sensitive skin and always combine with a good SPF during the day.
