Active ingredients

Colloidal Sulfur (5%): A classic dermatological ingredient used for decades in treating deep, inflamed acne. It inhibits bacterial growth in the pore and helps remove excess sebum that fuels the inflammation. In colloidal form, it spreads evenly over the skin and penetrates effectively without the typical drying effect of traditional sulfur pastes.

Niacinamide (4%): A high-dose form of vitamin B3 that visibly calms redness and swelling. It also helps inhibit melanin production, causing the brownish spots that deep pimples often leave weeks later (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) to fade faster.
