Active ingredients
15% Glycolic Acid: The smallest molecule among AHAs and therefore the most effective exfoliant. Glycolic acid breaks down the bonds between dead skin cells, speeding up skin renewal and fading pigmentation spots. A 15% concentration is professional level and delivers visible results with regular use.
1% Lactic Acid: A second AHA that exfoliates more gently than glycolic acid while also drawing moisture to the skin. Lactic acid helps reduce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), making it ideal for skin with residual marks after acne or skin treatments.
Peptide complex (Cyclotetrapeptide-24, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7): Three peptides that each target a different part of the aging process. They stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity, and reduce the visibility of fine lines and discolorations — a unique addition to a chemical exfoliant.
Ectoin: An amino acid that strengthens the skin and protects against environmental stress. It acts as a buffer during exfoliation and helps keep the skin barrier intact.
Quillaja & Saponaria Extract: Natural plant extracts with saponins that gently cleanse and support the soap process without drying out the skin.
How to use
- Start with a first cleanse, for example with DermaQuest Universal Cleansing Oil, to remove makeup and sunscreen
- Moisten the face with lukewarm water
- Apply a small amount of Glyco Resurfacing Cleanser and emulsify between damp hands
- Gently massage over face, neck, and décolleté, avoiding the eye contour
- Rinse thoroughly, use this product a maximum of 3 times per week in the evening, and always wear sun protection with at least SPF 30 during the day

Frequently asked questions
How often per week can I use this cleanser?
Maximum 3 times per week, only in the evening. Preferably start with 1 to 2 times per week to allow the skin to gently get used to the exfoliating effect and build up slowly.
Can I combine this product with a retinol?
Not at the same time in the same evening. Glycolic acid and retinol are both powerful actives, and the combination can weaken the skin barrier. Alternate them on different evenings for the best result.
Why is sun protection during the day so important with this product?
Glycolic acid removes dead skin cells and makes the underlying, young skin more vulnerable to UV damage. Without daily SPF, exfoliating can actually cause new pigmentation spots instead of reducing existing ones.
