Description
Nourishing mud mask with Dead Sea mud
Dry skin with visible spots, scars from previous blemishes, or early pigmentation spots requires more than cleansing. What this skin needs is deep regeneration and intensive nourishment from within. At the same time, protection against oxidative damage must increase, as free radicals slow down the healing process and enhance pigmentation formation. A weekly ritual can make exactly that difference.
The Massada Mud Facial Mask combines the mineral-rich mud of the Dead Sea with intensely nourishing plant oils such as Wheat Germ, Rosehip, and Avocado. The result is a powerful, regenerating treatment that delivers unique trace elements to the skin — minerals found only in this specific place on earth. The mask regenerates, nourishes, and acts as a strong antioxidant. The skin emerges nourished, strengthened, and visibly more even in tone.

Active ingredients
Dead Sea mud (Maris Limus): An exceptional black mud found only at the bottom of the Dead Sea. Contains more than 30 minerals and trace elements that cannot be found anywhere else in this combination. The mud has strong antioxidant effects, nourishes skin tissue at the cellular level, and strengthens the skin barrier for a more resilient, healthy appearance.
Wheat germ oil (Wheat Germ): One of the most concentrated natural sources of Vitamin E in the world. Wheat germ intensely regenerates skin tissue and is especially valuable for skin with scars or visible irregularities. The oil supports microcirculation and stimulates the natural healing process.
Rosehip oil (Rosa Mosqueta): Rich in essential fatty acids and natural trans-retinoic acid — a plant-based form of retinol. Rosehip fades visible scars and pigmentation spots, improves skin texture, and stimulates cell renewal. A cornerstone of every restorative treatment.
Avocado oil: A deeply nourishing plant oil rich in vitamins A, D, and E. Avocado penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, restores a weakened skin barrier, and provides the dry skin with the essential nutrients it needs.
Green Tea extract: Contains polyphenols and catechins that protect the skin against free radicals. Green Tea enhances the antioxidant effect of the mask and helps make the skin resilient to environmental stress.
Calendula: Soothes and calms the skin during the intensive action of the mask. Calendula supports the healing of scars and small irregularities in the skin.
Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils: Work gently antiseptic and support natural skin repair. Lavender also soothes the skin and gives the mask its characteristic calming scent.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it normal for my skin to tingle slightly during the mask?
Yes, that is a normal reaction. The tingling sensation is caused by the reactivation of the skin by the active minerals and trace elements from the Dead Sea. The sensation usually disappears within a few minutes. If irritation persists or is severe, rinse off the mask early.
How often can I use this mask?
Once a week is sufficient. The powerful regenerative effect needs time to take full effect — using it more often offers no additional benefit and can overstimulate the skin.
What is the difference with the Facial Mask Oily Skin?
The Facial Mask Oily Skin is a clay mask that absorbs excess sebum and is targeted at oily and acne-prone skin. This Mud Facial Mask works fundamentally differently: the mask nourishes and regenerates the skin from within with minerals and plant oils — intended for dry skin with scars, spots, or pigmentation.
Can I use this mask during pregnancy?
The formula contains no ingredients with specific contraindications during pregnancy. However, we recommend always consulting your midwife or skin therapist if in doubt.
