Active ingredients
Acnacidol™: A patented active ingredient with strong antibacterial properties, specifically targeting acne-causing bacteria. Acnacidol™ helps reduce inflammation and prevents new pimples from forming without damaging the skin barrier.
Salicylic Acid (BHA): A fat-soluble beta-hydroxy acid that penetrates deeper into the pores than AHA acids. Salicylic acid dissolves keratin plugs, opens clogged pores, and helps to loosen blackheads from within.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): A versatile ingredient that works as an anti-inflammatory, regulates sebum production, and — crucial for blemishes — prevents post-inflammatory pigmentation spots. Niacinamide also strengthens the skin barrier during an intensive treatment.
Witch Hazel & Tamarind Extract: Witch hazel tightens pores and soothes redness, while tamarind extract provides antioxidant protection and maintains the skin's moisture balance during this concentrated treatment.
How to use it
- Thoroughly cleanse the skin with a suitable cleanser from the Regulating line
- Twist off the ampoule cap and put 4-5 drops in the palm of your hand
- Distribute over the face, neck, and possibly décolleté with gentle tapping motions
- Close the ampoule again for use in the evening
- Continue with your usual day or night cream — always use sun protection as the last step in the morning

Frequently asked questions
How do I use the ampoules as a 7-day treatment?
One ampoule per day is enough for both morning and evening use. In the morning, put about half in the palm of your hand, close the ampoule again, and use the other half in the evening. After seven days, the treatment is complete and you will see the result.
Can I use this ampoule if I have an aspirin allergy?
No. The ampoule contains salicylic acid, which is chemically related to aspirin. If you have a known aspirin allergy, we advise against using it and recommend another Schrammek product for impurities as a safer choice.
Can I repeat the treatment more than once a month?
You can repeat a 7-day treatment up to once a month, or sooner in case of an acute outbreak of impurities. Between treatments, it is important to allow the skin barrier to recover with your daily care.
