Schrammek Time Control Intense Lifting Ampul 7x 1ml
Description
Description
Bi-phase premium treatment ampoules for deep wrinkles
Some moments in a skincare routine call for more than maintenance. Mature skin from around age 45 responds differently to skincare than in younger years — deeper wrinkles, visible loss of resilience, and skin that needs more regeneration than the daily routine can provide. At these times, a concentrated treatment is the right intervention.
The Time Control Intense Lifting Ampoules are the flagship product in Dr Schrammek’s premium Time Control line — a two-phase ampoule where a concentrated serum and a nourishing oil work together. By briefly shaking the ampoule before use, both phases combine into a powerful anti-aging boost. With an exceptional combination of Syn®-Ake (a "botox-like" peptide), Matrixyl synthe'6, Vitanol BIO, and hyaluronic acid, even pronounced wrinkles are visibly reduced. Seven ampoules together form a complete 7-day intensive treatment.

Active Ingredients
Syn®-Ake (Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate): A synthetic peptide inspired by the action of temple viper snake venom. It works as a "botox-like" cosmetic ingredient by relaxing subtle muscle contractions that cause expression lines. Unlike botulinum toxin injections, it works temporarily and superficially, but with regular use during a treatment, lines around the eyes and mouth are visibly softened.
Matrixyl™ synthe'6™ (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38): A refined, more powerful generation of the well-known Matrixyl peptide. It acts on six essential components of the skin structure simultaneously: collagen (three types), fibronectin, hyaluronic acid, and laminin-5. Due to this broad action, the peptide restores and strengthens the skin matrix at a deeper level than classic peptides.
Vitanol® BIO (Medicago Sativa / Alfalfa): A plant-based "vitamin A-like" ingredient from alfalfa that activates the same cell renewal processes as retinol — without the known side effects such as redness, dryness, or light sensitivity. It stimulates collagen production and smooths the skin, suitable for daytime use as well.
Collaxyl (Hexapeptide-9): A specific peptide that strengthens connective tissue and targets wrinkle depth. It promotes adhesion between the epidermis and deeper skin layers, resulting in firmer, more resilient skin structure. Works synergistically with Matrixyl synthe'6 for a double effect on skin firmness.
Aquaxyl™ (Xylitylglucoside + Anhydroxylitol + Xylitol): A patented moisturizing complex that restructures the skin’s natural moisture balance. Instead of just adding moisture, Aquaxyl stimulates the production of moisture-binding substances within the skin itself, for long-lasting hydration from within and a strengthened skin barrier.
Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate): Binds moisture in the deeper skin layers and provides an immediate plumping effect on fine lines. Improves skin elasticity and restores the skin’s soft, supple texture.
Nourishing oil phase (Sweet Almond Oil + Jojoba Oil): The unique oil phase of this bi-phase ampoule delivers essential lipids to mature skin, which produces less of these over the years. Sweet almond oil deeply nourishes, and jojoba oil mimics the skin’s natural sebum — together they restore the skin barrier and leave a velvety soft finish.
Amaranthus Caudatus & Vitamin E (Tocopherol): Two plant-based antioxidants that protect the skin against oxidative stress and free radicals — two major accelerators of skin aging. They also enhance the effectiveness and stability of the other active ingredients in the ampoule.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does "bi-phase ampoule" mean?
A bi-phase ampoule contains two separate phases: an aqueous serum phase with concentrated active ingredients such as peptides and hyaluronic acid, and an oil phase with nourishing plant oils. By shaking briefly before use, the phases temporarily mix into one application. This design works without emulsifiers — chemical agents that normally stabilize these two phases — making the formula extra pure.
How exactly does Syn-Ake work and is it safe?
Syn-Ake is a fully synthetic peptide inspired by a protein from snake venom but contains no animal ingredients itself and is safe for cosmetic use. It works by relaxing subtle muscle contractions on the skin surface that cause expression lines. The effect is temporary, superficial, and reversible — so there is no permanent paralysis as with injectables. With regular use during a treatment, a cumulative smoothing effect develops.
How often per year can I use this treatment?
For optimal results, Dr Schrammek recommends using the Intense Lifting treatment two to four times per year — for example, during seasonal changes, after a busy or tiring period, or before important occasions. Between treatments, the active ingredients in your daily Time Control routine continue to maintain the achieved results.
What is the difference compared to the Age Refine Ampoules?
The Age Refine Ampoules are an entry-level anti-aging treatment with Iris Florentina, Liftonin, and hyaluronic acid — suitable for the first signs of aging. The Time Control Intense Lifting Ampoules belong to the premium top line and contain a more intensive combination of active ingredients with Syn-Ake, Matrixyl synthe'6, and Vitanol BIO — specially developed for more mature skin from age 45 with deeper wrinkles that require more correction. It is a 2-phase ampoule with an additional nourishing oil phase.
One ampoule contains 1 ml — is that enough for one application?
Yes, 1 ml is exactly enough for one full application on the face, neck, and décolleté. The concentrated formula is very effective in this amount. Unlike some resealable ampoules, these glass bi-phase ampoules are designed for single use per ampoule because the two phases do not remain stable after opening. One ampoule per day, seven ampoules for the full treatment.
Can I use the ampoules both morning and evening?
Officially, the ampoule is suitable for both morning and evening use. The recommended method is one ampoule per day during the seven-day treatment — choose a fixed time such as evening before the Time Control Night Cream for the best result. Morning use is also possible, but always finish with sun protection. For those who want to maximize results, the ampoule can be split between morning and evening, although this would shorten the treatment.
Can I start a new round immediately after the treatment?
For a healthy skin balance, it is better to wait at least four to eight weeks after the seven-day treatment before starting a new one. Between treatments, the Time Control Day Cream, Night Cream, Serum, and RetiNight Essence continue to provide active ingredients for daily maintenance. Continuous overdosing of peptides does not yield extra results, but structured treatments do.
